Along
with high quality, digitally recorded, professional
backing sequences (all produced and recorded
in our own Studios) which allows us to sound
like a full band, we offer a completely flexible
line-up which can feature up to 3 live instruments
or up to 4 live vocalists at any one time.
Our
flexible line-up can be catered to suit any
function size and style, as well as cater to
a variety of budgets.
For
intimate functions (50 or less guests and only
recommended for small venues) Debbi can perform
alone, backed by the band's high-quality backing
tracks which recreate the full-band sound of
the original recordings. Debbi can provide her
solo service with a smaller PA system which
is ideal for Restaurants and small function
venues.
Our
Duo line-up features the above with the addition
of live Male Vocal / Guitar / Percussion. This
gives the overall performance the variety of
two diverse vocals and live instrumentation
for added ambiance.
The
Trio features the above with your choice of
additional female vocalist for vocal variety
and lovely 3 part harmonies, or a male Saxophonist/Vocalist
for that smooth Jazzy edge during dinner music,
and a Funky party edge fore the Dance music.
Alternatively
we can tailor the band line up to suit your
needs with choice of guitar, percussion, keyboards
and/or saxophone.
Our
live performances usually begin with a selection
of Ballads, Jazz Standards and Easy Listening
tunes for the early part of the function, and
progress to energetic and dynamic performances
with a fantastic selection of Retro and current
Dance hits. Our audience interaction and sense
of fun is guaranteed to get the guests out of
their chairs and onto the dance floor.
As
WINNER of the Live Entertainment Category in
the 2003/04 Australasian Bridal Industry Awards,
Hey Sister!'s achievements in Wedding Entertainment
have been recognised within the Bridal Industry,
something we are particularly proud of, as the
awards are voted exclusively by Newlyweds.
On
the Corporate and Event front we have entertained
such major events as: Microsoft Office 2000
Melbourne Launch, the 1999 Blitz Magazine Annual
Martial Arts awards and the 2001 Australian
Bridal Industry Awards, as well as countless
functions for several major Corporations.
